Kylie's Story

I am definitely fitter than I have been in a long time, and most of those body aches and pains have gone. I am able to perform my chores with ease, feel very well and am definitely not hungry! In fact be prepared to eat more food than you have ever eaten, and make a habit of it!

After years of being in an office job, and some less than ideal food choices, my body was starting to complain about many things, particularly since when I wasn't working, i tended towards physically strenuous past times and activities. I was no longer able to jump from driving a desk, to weekend warrior without consequences because I was no longer in my 20's and simply not fit enough. It was time to make some changes I was going to continue in the lifestyle I has chosen, and be able to enjoy a happy, healthy situation for as long as possible.
Being on this program has taught me what to eat, and when to eat it, and that just regular, relatively short duration  exercises is enough - it really is achievable. 

Of all the things in my experience so far though, the cherry on top is the social aspect of being at "The Funk" - Penny & Trina have created something really special and have been nothing but supportive, and understanding during the inevitable challenges that come along.
